Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.

In addition, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (including Ireland), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital software products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Personal care, hygiene, or sanitary products once opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item shows clear signs of use

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • The item is returned outside the 30-day return period


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for refunds, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer law.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
